1. When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days unless stated otherwise. (Most drops are on Friday so that following Monday/Tuesday orders will ship out). You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
2. Do you restock sold-out items?
No restocks. However, if enough people want re-dropfor a certain product we may drop it again. Each drop is limited to keep it exclusive.
3. What’s your return policy?
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end. Check sizing carefully before ordering.
4. How do I know if I got my size right?
Sizes are true to size, size up for oversized fit.
5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. & International- Free Shipping is only for U.S shipping only! Stay tuned by joining our SMS list for updates.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We can only make changes if you email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, it's already processing.
7. What does “Ready to Ship” mean?
It means your item is in stock and shipping immediately — not a pre-order.
